Due to many factors, the level of water in the Colorado River dropped in 2012, exposing vegetative habitat along the shorelines and wetland areas. Macroinvertebrate populations declined and shifted due to dewatering. Data was collected as part of the CWA 106 reporting requirements on the Colorado River Indian Tribes Reservation by the Environmental Protection Office.  Photos demonstrate what the data describes.
