Every year, Arizona Project WET (APW) gets a new team of Water Educators and every year they have to say goodbye as each AmeriCorps member finishes their term.

On June 6, 2023, US team members from the Transboundary Aquifer Assessment Program (TAAP) met at the WRRC to talk about past, current, and future research and collaborative efforts.

Last June 12th, Dr. Elia M. Tapia delivered a compelling presentation at the WRRC 2023 Annual Conference, focusing on the critical issue of transboundary aquifers.

The meeting brought together representatives from various institutions, including the Water Resources Research Center (WRRC)

Candidates are sought for an Associate Director (Year-to-Year Professional) and Associate/Full Extension Specialist (Continuing Status Eligible, Fiscal Year appointment), at the Water Resources Research Center in the Division of Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension at the University of Arizona.

A story I am telling a lot lately about my time at Arizona Project WET was that at my first Arizona Water Festival in 2008 we were still teaching kids about water conservation behaviors like turning off the water when you brush your teeth and taking shorter showers.
